All payments are collected at the beginning of visit.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

At your first visit, your provider will review you health history followed by a treatment session that may include but not limited to acupuncture, nutrition, fitness, and cupping/gua sha. The consultation can be done in person or virtually. Learn more here.

ACUPUNCTURE

  • Initial Consultation & Acupuncture Treatment: $225

BODYWORK

  • General Massage (60 mins) = $175

  • Cupping or Gua Sha only (30 mins) - $75

VIRTUAL WELLNESS (Nutrition, Herbal, General Assessment)

  • General Wellness Initial Consultation: $150*

  • General Wellness Initial Consultation with Founder: $165*

    *To follow up with acupuncture treatment after your intake - your first acupuncture treatment following your virtual consultation costs $60.

  • Nutrition Consultation: $100

  • Herbal Consultation (30 mins): $75

FOLLOW UP CARE

FITNESS & PERSONAL TRAINING

From Mat Pilates, Yoga, to Weight Training

You will be joining our trainers at 24 hour fitness. No membership required.’

60 MINUTE

  • 1 session: $150

  • 3 sessions; $375

  • 5 sessions: $500

INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE

Physician Consultation

  • Virtual 60 minute session - $400

  • Virtual 30 minute session - $200

Our physician is versed in both western and eastern medicine philosophies. The visit will be over telemedicine and you are consulted by a physician who is board certified in lifestyle medicine, hematology/oncology, internal medicine.

At this time, we do not accept insurance for this care.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • The RTW Membership – $120/monthly

Payment: To assure we enhance the booking process, we ask all patients to provide a valid credit card to secure an appointment. We require the full appointment fee prior to your scheduled visit. Prepayment helps us stay organized and allocate sufficient time & resources for your session.

Cancellation Policy: We strive to accommodate you as much as possible. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice. All cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

Insurance: Some policies cover acupuncture or massage. While we have a biller who will be able to verify insurance - we are not at the capacity to file the insurance upon your behalf and cannot guarantee coverage. We will provide a superbill for your filing
